Public transport is available right on the street. Electricity and water are included. They are lovely spacious rooms. We allow maximum of two people preferably professionals, any other workers in the vicinity of Thohoyandou Town and final year and post graduate students who have or can organise their own transport. No children and animals are allowed. Secure parking space behind access controlled gate.

To keep prices as low as possible, you will need to pay for your own cleaning. The contract term will be for a minimum of one (1) month. One (1) month rental deposit is required. There is no limit on the number of months you can stay. Extensions are allowed. Have a home away from home in the comfort of our spacious, clean modern styled rooms. There are 20 spacious and luxurious en-suite rooms six with air-conditioning for the hot Thohoyandou summer months. Our Twin Rooms have two twin beds and can be converted into a King Size Bed, on request.
